The founder's perspective
Chris Edwards developed i-curate through the lens of operational change.
After years improving processes across hospitality, healthcare, retail and other complex organisations, Chris saw the same pattern repeatedly: teams were expected to stitch together separate systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and finance processes. The technology recorded fragments of work, but rarely followed the whole journey.
i-curate was designed to connect that journey — and to remain human enough that teams actually want to use it.
